Return Process

  Place the product in its original TANGZU packaging, ensuring all ear tips, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
